Where is M.O. Studios based, and do you work with clients outside Birmingham?
M.O. Studios is based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter at 15-17 Regent Place (B1 3NJ), and works with jewellers and e-commerce retailers across the whole of the UK, including London, either in-studio or via secure courier.
What makes M.O. Studios different from other product photography studios?
We shoot jewellery exclusively rather than as one category among many, so every image is focus-stacked for edge-to-edge sharpness, colour-calibrated per metal, and lit with a setup built for that specific piece - the process most generalist studios reserve for their premium tier is simply our standard.
How much does jewellery photography cost?
Pricing runs from £15 to £50+ per image depending on style and complexity: Standard Packshots from £15, Styled Product Shots from £25, and Premium Editorial from £50+. Get in touch for a tailored quote based on your shot list.
How long does a jewellery photography turnaround take?
Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days of the shoot. If you need images sooner, a 24-hour rush turnaround is available - just let us know when you book.
Can I try M.O. Studios before committing to a full shoot?
Yes - we offer a free test shoot with no obligation, so you can see the quality and consistency for yourself before booking a full shoot.
Do I need to bring my jewellery to the studio, or can I send it?
Either works. You're welcome to visit our Birmingham studio in person, or arrange secure delivery and we'll photograph, retouch and return your pieces without you needing to travel.
Is there a minimum order for jewellery photography?
There's no fixed minimum - we work with single hero shots and full catalogue-scale shot lists alike. Larger shot lists typically work out cheaper per image.
Do you offer video and 360° product photography as well as stills?
Yes - alongside stills we offer product video and 360° spins, so you can pair static packshots with rotating or motion content for the same piece.
